What You'll Do as a Manager:

• Oversee payroll operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the payroll process, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing: Ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on time, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll staff: Supervise and mentor payroll staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient and effective payroll processing.
• Handle payroll inquiries and issues: Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations: Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
