What You'll Do as a Teacher:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs): Create and implement customized educational plans to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
• Teach specialized curriculum: Adapt and modify curriculum to address the specific learning styles and abilities of students with disabilities.
• Provide individualized instruction: Offer one-on-one or small group instruction to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Collaborate with professionals: Work with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors, to provide comprehensive support for students.
• Communicate with parents and guardians: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and individualized education plans.
