What You'll Do as a Manager:

• Oversee showroom operations: Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management.
• Drive sales and revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract customers and increase sales, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage showroom staff: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise showroom staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain showroom appearance: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-organized, and clean, creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Analyze and report on showroom performance: Track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on showroom performance.
