Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. This role involves maintaining an organized and appealing sales floor, accurately processing transactions, and providing expert product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and offering product solutions.

• Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
• Store Operations: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills (familiarity with POS systems is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred:
