What You'll Do as a Manager:

  • Oversee restaurant operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff, food and beverage service, and customer service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction: Create and maintain a positive guest experience by addressing customer concerns, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement restaurant strategies: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve restaurant performance, increase revenue, and enhance profitability.
  • Manage restaurant staff: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including food safety, labor laws, and licensing requirements.
