What You'll Do as an Production Worker:

• Operate machinery and equipment: Perform tasks such as assembling, packaging, and inspecting products using various manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain quality standards: Ensure that products meet quality specifications and identify and report any defects.
• Follow safety guidelines: Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment to prevent accidents.
• Work effectively in a team: Collaborate with other production workers to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Follow instructions and procedures: Accurately follow written and verbal instructions to perform tasks efficiently and correctly.
