What You'll Do as a Representative:

• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage: Determine if patients have insurance coverage and the extent of their benefits for medical services.
• Estimate patient financial responsibility: Calculate patient out-of-pocket costs, including co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Process insurance claims: Submit insurance claims to payers and follow up on claim status to ensure timely payment.
• Handle patient billing and collections: Bill patients for outstanding balances, process payments, and manage collection efforts.
• Provide patient financial counseling: Educate patients about their financial obligations, payment options, and available assistance programs.
