What You'll Do as a Manager:

• Develop and implement patient safety programs: Create and oversee the implementation of comprehensive patient safety programs aimed at reducing medical errors and adverse events.
• Conduct root cause analysis: Investigate patient safety incidents to identify underlying causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and evaluate patient safety performance: Track key patient safety metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to patient safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant patient safety regulations and standards, such as those set by the Joint Commission.
