The Marketing Coordinator provides project management and administrative support, assists with marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the Marketing Team. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. We’re looking for a passionate individual to keep our marketing campaigns on track and work with other departments across our organization.

Responsibilities:

● Support the marketing team in implementing tactical events and programs, and provide project and administrative support.

● Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as directed by the Director of Marketing, Product Manager, and Sales Training & Education Manager.

● Assists in production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials

● Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and conferences.

● Act as internal liaison and develop report structure to assist in prioritizing departmental projects.

● Coordinate web content updates, corporate mailings and direct mail. Assist with tracking website stats.

● Generate and track purchase orders and invoices.

● Answer public relations, marketing and training emails.

● Manage collateral projects as defined by the Marketing Department: content collection, production and printing/ distribution and inventory management

● Other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing and sales department

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or similar function 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding of consumer behavior in this space
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA an advantage
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in entertainment and advertising
