What You'll Do as a Technician:

• Install and maintain low-voltage communication systems: Install and maintain various low-voltage communication systems, such as data networks, security systems, and audio/visual systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues: Diagnose and resolve problems with low-voltage communication systems, including network connectivity, equipment malfunctions, and software errors.
• Configure and program equipment: Configure and program communication equipment, such as routers, switches, and access control systems, to meet specific requirements.
• Test and verify system performance: Test and verify the performance of installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet customer expectations.
• Provide technical support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their low-voltage communication systems.
