What You'll Do as a Manager:

  • Oversee hotel operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction: Create and maintain a positive guest experience, addressing guest complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement hotel strategies: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and enhance profitability.
  • Manage hotel staff: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure that the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
