What You'll Do as an a Technician:

  • Provide technical support: Assist users with troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Resolve user inquiries: Answer user questions and provide guidance on using computer systems, software applications, and network resources.
  • Document and track support requests: Record and track user support requests to ensure timely resolution and identify recurring issues.
  • Remotely troubleshoot issues: Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems without physically visiting the user's location.
  • Escalate complex issues: Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support personnel for further resolution.
