What You'll Do as a Manager:

• Oversee studio operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement fitness programs: Create and offer a variety of fitness classes and programs to meet the needs and interests of members.
• Market and promote the studio: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Ensure member satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and address member concerns and feedback.
• Manage studio finances: Monitor and manage the studio's finances, including budgeting, revenue, and expenses.
