What You'll Do as an a Technician:

• Install and repair equipment: Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment, such as machinery, electronic devices, or HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems: Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Provide customer service: Interact with customers to understand their needs, explain technical information, and address their concerns.
• Follow safety protocols: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate protective equipment.
• Document work orders and service reports: Record details of service calls, repairs performed, and customer feedback.
