What You'll Do as a Manager:

• Manage and schedule drivers: Assign routes, shifts, and vehicles to drivers based on workload, availability, and geographic areas.
• Monitor driver performance: Track driver hours, adherence to regulations, and customer feedback to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints: Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay updated on transportation regulations and ensure that drivers and vehicles comply with all requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and operations: Manage fleet maintenance, fuel efficiency, and other logistical aspects of transportation operations.
