What You'll Do as an Aide:

• Assist teacher in classroom: Provide support to the teacher in various classroom activities, such as lesson planning, grading assignments, and managing student behavior.
• Work with small groups: Lead small group instruction or provide individual tutoring to students who may need extra support.
• Supervise students: Monitor student behavior during classroom activities, recess, and lunch periods.
• Prepare classroom materials: Set up and organize classroom materials, such as books, supplies, and equipment.
• Communicate with parents: Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress, behavior, and upcoming events.
