What You'll Do as a Manager:

• Assist the store manager: Support the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its goals.
• Manage store staff: Supervise and train store staff, including cashiers, sales associates, and stockers.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction: Implement sales strategies, monitor customer satisfaction, and address customer complaints.
• Ensure store compliance: Ensure that the store complies with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage store operations: Handle day-to-day operations, such as scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
