What You'll Do as a Supervisor:

• Oversee production operations: Manage and coordinate the daily operations of apparel production lines, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Monitor quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and identify and address any defects.
• Manage production staff: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise production workers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
• Optimize production processes: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure that production operations comply with all relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
