What You'll Do as a Specialist:

• Process vendor invoices: Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports: Reconcile vendor invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receiving reports to ensure accurate payment.
• Enter and record invoices: Input vendor invoices into the accounting system, coding them appropriately for proper classification and reporting.
• Prepare and process payments: Prepare checks or electronic payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
• Respond to vendor inquiries: Address vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments or invoices.
